Educational Outreach Chair

Work with local educators to develop outreach opportunities during the school year, including brainstorming program ideas, contacting and coordinating with members in the community including interfacing with schools, collaborating with other committees and festival artists in the preparation of any materials, and seeking funding within the school systems to support artist travel and fees for residencies.

Timeframe: September - June

Time committment: Varies

Desired qualifications: Passion for education and outreach, ability to coordinate with several people to create the event, good communication skills.
